Gilman Alumni who completed their study or intern abroad program after November 2015 may qualify for Non-Competitive Eligibility (NCE) for federal hiring. This symposium will explain what that means and show you the various resources the Gilman Program provides you regarding NCE. We’ll also hear from three Gilman Alumni who have successfully leveraged their NCE to gain employment with the federal government.
