Submitting Your Award Documentation
Once selected for the Gilman Scholarship, all recipient requirements will be completed in the Gilman portal. Log in using the email address and password you created during the application process.
If you do not remember your login information, you can either click the “Forgot User Name or Password” link on the login page or contact the Gilman Program. If you have any questions regarding accepting your award or completing the Gilman award documentation, please review the Frequently Asked Questions, reference the Award Documentation Guidelines or contact the Gilman Program according to your host country region.
updates to your program information
If your program has changed, you are able to update your program details or change to another eligible program. Update any information that has changed as you are accepting your scholarship at the link in the “Start Here!” box on the recipient dashboard. See this guide for more details.
- For March 2025 recipients, the program must start by April 30, 2026. For October 2024 recipients, the program must start by October 31, 2025.
- The Gilman Program will review and confirm receipt of all changes to your program.
- Changing to a different program will require completion of a Program Change (initiated by the Gilman team) and will require recertification by your study abroad advisor.
