In honor of Black History Month, join Gilman Alumni and Scholars for our Virtual Networking Hour on “Black Abroad: Paving the Way Forward Globally.” This event will be hosted by Alumni Ambassador Zena Jeffers.
Attendees will have the opportunity to celebrate the Black identity, how it shapes the abroad experience, and what the future of Black Americans abroad will look like. Attendees will also have the opportunity to go in depth and explore the many ways that Black presence has been influential in various sectors such as the global workforce, business realm, and academia, in addition to international education.
