In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, join Gilman scholars, alumni, and staff for a networking conversation on “Hispanic, Latinx, Chicanos Identity Abroad: Representing a Culture within a Culture” Wednesday, September 28th at 4pm EST.
This networking hour will be co-hosted by current Gilman Alumni Ambassador Nicole Bette who will guide attendees through a rich conversation regarding the various challenges that Gilmans who identify as Hispanic, Latinx and Chicano face while abroad. Come share your own stories or listen to your peers as they speak on their paths navigating identity and perception abroad and the resources that helped them.
