Applications will be assessed by the following criteria:
– Applicant’s interest and/or experience in the topic
– Impact of the seminar on the applicant’s professional goals
– Applicant’s plans to use knowledge and skills gained from the seminar
*Preference will be given to alumni with academic or professional experience in the Technology or Entrepreneurship field and alumni who have not previously attended a U.S. Future Leaders Career Readiness Seminar.
Eligibility
Gilman alumni are eligible to attend this seminar if they have completed all of the following requirements, which are:
– Complete your study/internship abroad program
– Complete the Re-Entry survey in the Gilman alumni portal
- You must have reliable internet access and a laptop/desktop/tablet with a web camera. (A smart phone is not recommended.)
- You must be able to virtually attend and actively participate in all seminar sessions (including the networking reception).
- If you log off early or do not attend a session, you will not be invited to future Gilman Alumni seminars.*Please contact us at gilmanscholars@iie.org if you have an extenuating circumstance.
Application: There is no fee to attend this seminar. However, space is limited and will be filled on a competitive basis. Preference will be given to alumni with academic or professional experience in the Technology or Entrepreneurship field and alumni who have not previously attended a U.S. Future Leaders Career Readiness Seminar.
The deadline to apply is 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on December 21, 2020.
